This policy explains how Voss Advisory, LLC ("Voss Advisory," "we," "us") handles information collected through this website and, separately, information handled during a paid client engagement. Because we work with financial records, we treat both categories with more care than a typical business website.
Information collected through this website
When you submit the discovery call request form or the checklist download form, we collect the name, email, phone number, and any business details you choose to provide. We do not collect financial account numbers, passwords, or documents through this website — those are only ever exchanged through secure client software once an engagement has begun.
How website information is used
Information submitted through this site is used only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a discovery call, or deliver a requested resource. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Information handled during a client engagement
Once a client engagement begins, financial records are exchanged and stored exclusively through the security infrastructure of QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Gusto — not emailed as attachments or stored on local devices where avoidable. Access is limited to Voss Advisory staff actively working on that client's account. Specific handling terms are set out in each client's engagement letter.
Cookies and analytics
This website may use standard analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns, such as which pages are visited most often. This data is not used to identify individual visitors personally.
Your choices
You may request that we delete contact information submitted through this website at any time by emailing hello@vossadvisory.example. Requests related to active client engagements are handled under the terms of the applicable engagement letter, since financial and tax records are often subject to retention requirements.
