02 · See it before we clear it
Drain Cleaning
Older cast-iron drain lines corrode from the inside and narrow gradually, so what looks like a simple clog is sometimes a pipe that's lost most of its diameter. For homes built before 1980, we run a camera line first — so the quote reflects what's actually happening, not a guess.

03 · Repair, replace, or convert
Water Heaters
A failing water heater is usually a repair, not a replacement — we'll tell you which one it actually is. When replacement makes sense, we size the new unit for your household instead of defaulting to whatever's on the truck, and we walk you through tankless conversion honestly, including the cases where it isn't worth it.

04 · Calgary's most-called service, January to March
Frozen & Burst Pipes
A hard freeze-thaw week is when we're busiest, and it's not incidental to what we do — it's most of what we do in winter. We thaw pipe safely without a torch anywhere near it, then repair or reroute the section so the same stretch doesn't freeze again next year.
- Safe thawing — no open flame near pipe or insulation
- Repair of split sections, with rerouting recommended where the cause is structural
- Priority dispatch during cold snaps for active leaks
Galvanized supply lines corrode from the inside over decades, restricting flow and eventually leaking at the joints. We handle full-house re-pipes and targeted bathroom or kitchen sections, and we'll tell you plainly if your system has another decade in it or not.

06 · Before spring runoff finds you
Sump Pumps & Backflow Prevention
Spring melt and heavy summer storms overwhelm older basements without proper backflow protection. We install and service sump pumps and backflow valves, and check battery backup on existing systems so a power outage doesn't undo the whole point of having one.
