Enrollment & Waitlist

Is there a waitlist right now?+
The Infant and Toddler rooms currently have a short waitlist. Preschool and Pre-K have limited openings this term. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and holds your place in line as spots open.
What's the enrollment process?+
Start with a tour, then submit an enrollment application. Once a spot opens in your child's room, we'll confirm availability and a start date, and a one-time registration fee holds the spot.
How does tuition work?+
Tuition is billed monthly and varies by room and full-day versus half-day scheduling. We'll walk through exact numbers and any subsidy or tax-credit paperwork during your tour.

Health & Safety

What if my child is sick?+
Children with a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or a contagious illness need to stay home until symptom-free, without medication, for 24 hours. We'll call if symptoms develop during the day.
How do you handle allergies?+
Every allergy is logged in your child's file and posted in the kitchen and classroom. Meals and snacks are planned around known allergies, and any medication (like an EpiPen) is stored in a clearly labeled, accessible spot.
Who can pick up my child?+
Only people on your child's approved pickup list. Anyone staff doesn't already recognize is asked for photo ID before a child is released.

Day to Day

Do you provide meals?+
Yes — breakfast, a hot lunch, and two snacks are included and prepared on-site. Menus are posted weekly and adjusted for allergies and dietary needs.
Do children really go outside every day?+
Yes, at least twice a day, year-round. We ask families to keep a labeled set of seasonal outerwear at the center so weather is rarely the reason a child stays in.
What should my child bring on the first day?+
A labeled change of clothes, seasonal outerwear, indoor shoes, and — for infants and toddlers — any specific bottles, formula, or comfort items you'd like us to have on hand.
What are your holiday closures?+
We follow the standard Alberta statutory holidays plus two professional development days a year, posted on the family calendar each January.
